BroadVision has entered into an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) agreement with IBM.
Financial terms were not immediately available, however the agreement entails Broadvision reselling IBM's WebSphere servers worldwide.
The company also stated that its third and fourth quarter results have been reassessed downwards.
Details will be found in an upcoming survey of the financial results of the major players in the Content Management field.
These announcements were closely followed by the unveiling of Broadvision's new "Multi-Touchpoint Services" which promises to be an effective way of bringing existing web content to mobile and alternate devices.
When integrated with a Broadvision site, the software detects the type of device that is accessing the site.
Content is then automatically broken up by "page fragmentation" to fit the smaller screens of mobile devices.
