Internal training to practice effortless grace and force without strength
The trainer, Paola Di Maio, started personal development in her twenties, travelled extensively and lived in India for several months where she practiced Yoga and naturopathy.
She perfectioned her meditation technique praciticing Soto Zen.
She first learned Tai Chi with Catherine Robinson in the UK, and since she attended several seminars with chinese and Eastern Grandmasters to develop further aspects of the Tai Chi practice, and is currently studying Shaolin Arts.
She has the privilege to share what she is learning with small groups. Current weekly practice runs in Folkestone, Kent UK
