FatWire Software last week completed the acquisition of divine's Content Management assets , namely Content Server, Participant Server and all of their clients, about 300 worldwide.
As part of the divine bankruptcy auction, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Boston has approved the sale of divine's content management assets to Saratoga Partners, a New York private equity firm, who will simultaneously transfer these assets to FatWire.
FatWire's award-winning J2EE content management software products complement and enhance divine's enterprise content management product lines. divine's content management business includes divine's Content Server, formerly OpenMarket, divine's Participant Server, formerly Eprise, and its over 300 worldwide customers including BusinessWeek, JP Morgan and Ford.
