Leading German CMS-player Gauss Interprise has found a new client, DEVK insurance, and market voices suggest this should not have happened one week later.
German Gauss, also active in a number of other countries like the UK and USA, is debt ridden, but says the contract is one of the largest in the
firms history and it runs into six euro-figures. Gauss, with a relatively good customer base in Germany, already sold its consultancy Gauss Interprise
Consulting through a management buy out in October and received 9.1 million euro for it.
The company did not take part in the largest Internet-event in the Holland, Internet in Business/Smart Business in Amsterdam, that has just closed its doors Wednesday.
