When GMO corn mixes with non GMO corn it's trouble all over the place, but the FDA cant stop it

StarLink, a genetically modified variety of yellow corn engineered by Aventis CropScience, has been recently found in white corn products after consumers complaints of allergic reactions.
StarLink does not have FDA approval for human consumption, and it is grown for
animal feed, which seems terribly unfair on the beasts and silly, as well as contaminating wider agricultural environments.
Most European countries, including Britain, France and Italy, prohibit the sale of foods containing biotech ingredients unless they are clearly labelled, but StarLink contamination has provoked concerns that bio-engineered grains could get into exported food.
