Nstein Technologies, provider of software business solutions to the e-publishing industry, is licensing its classification technology to MEI, an ASP based provider of services and software development to publishers who are seeking to convert from the print to electronic world, to custom-build taxonomies for its customer base.
Randall Marcinko, President of Nstein says, "Through an ASP (Application Service Provider) like MEI, smaller e- publishers can now receive the high quality, high precision indexing that in the past were only available to larger organizations. This lets customers use Computer-Aided Indexing within a 'pay as you go' business model, removing the barrier of initial capital expenditures, and allowing Nstein to serve the entire spectrum of e-publishers."
Nstein's products automate complex tasks such as document indexing, XML tagging and summarizing- enabling a significant leap in effectiveness and cost reduction for news, government, business, scientific, academic e-publishing, and on-line service organizations.
The company's patented Linguistic DNA technology, which combines the advantages of linguistic and statistical analysis with artificial intelligence has earned it top analyst ratings internationally, says the company.
Nstein is a public company listed on the TSX Canadian Venture Exchange.
