Verascape VoiceXML is rolling out UNIX-based VeraServ speech platform
The VeraServ product family is a standards-based voice platform, claims the company
“Verascape has a greenfield approach to converged voice platforms. They’ve grown beyond the TDM-based legacy system to offer an IP-based, SIP-ready, high-density platform” says Mark Plakias, senior vice president of communications and infrastructure at The Kelsey Group. “And they have a competitive advantage. They have the only high-performance solution for voice accessed Web that’s ready to ship.”
The platform sits between the telephone callers on one side and a Web site on the other.
Pricing ranges from $1,300 to $2,200 per telephony port, depending on volume and exclusive of service and maintenance.
